Sorry to hear that. It certainly looked interesting. :)

In any case, to get back then to the existing non-mmap() using auditors.sgml (:-), I think it'd be functional enough if just two features were added:

1. In the sign-up sheet, all categories and keys are links to the corresponding email addresses for easy access.
2. Clicking "sign up for something" should go to a more mundane CGI script and fill-in-the-blanks form which eventually results in an email message to me being sent in "auditor record" format for inclusion if everything looks legit.

Of course, I still need some way of generating the aliases on freefall. If I weren't generating them by hand, I'd have my little script spit out something like this:

auditor-ab:	aaronb@j51.com
auditor-ac:	adrian@psinet.net.au

auditors: auditor-ab, auditor-ac, ...

audit-bin:	auditor-ab
audit-games:	auditor-ac

I'm still keeping the auditors datafile faithfully up to date, in hopes... :-)
