Read the handbook for CTM and CVSup, and choose one. It is quite feasible to obtain -current sources via modem, or even the full CVS tree.

'auditing' is the first pass by someone looking for security problems. 'reviewing' is a review of patches generated. Reviewers should have commit access to the CVS tree.
