I don't think anyone is currently looking at libutil or libm, and libc can always use a pass! :-)

I'm sorry I haven't been coordinating very aggressively here, folks, but 2.1.7 sort of side-lined me for 3 days there. I think that's done and we're now ready to start in earnest. :-)

It would help if each category had a "captain" though since even if I were a 24 hour manager here, I'd still be confused about who's doing what since there are too many people and categories.

Guido seems to be a likely captain for most categories, given that he's signed up to review them all, until more can be found, I think. :-)
