Please provide the EXACT errors that occur when you attempt to convert aprtest.dsp/dsw. That is a rather 'interesting' project, it generates a makefile on the fly based on some Win32-specific substitutions to the generic Unix makefile. Since it's a makefile based project, it might refuse to convert if the makefile it's supposed to invoke isn't generated prior to attempting to convert the project.
