The link works for me, but I can't figure out why you are reporting a problem
with mod_gzip here. mod_gzip is a third-party module that we don't have
anything to do with. Please report this to the mod_gzip authors
(or try the mod_deflate module, which does come with Apache 2 and includes
similar functionality).
