ServerSignature can not be turned off. I use Apache 2.0.35 on Windows 2000 Server (german version) with Service Pack 2. It does not matter if the ServerSignature is On, Off or EMail, the server returns the full information in any case within the server-generated error document (e.g. Object not found, Error 404).
