missing ndbm support in mod_auth_dbm.

SDBM - not compatible with ndbm databases GDBM - not compatible with ndbm databases DB (hash as you can find from apr_dbm_berkeleydb.c) also not compatible with ndbm databases....

GDBM will provide you API to use it as direct replacement, but it still can't use real ndbm files....
