DO NOT REPLY [Bug 11299] New: - multipart forms cause percent sign (%) to be stripped from text fields
From: <bugzilla(at)apache.org>
Date: Tue Jul 30 2002 - 12:51:00 EDT
multipart forms cause percent sign (%) to be stripped from text fields
Summary: multipart forms cause percent sign (%) to be stripped
from text fields
Product: Apache httpd-1.3
Version: 1.3.23
Platform: PC
OS/Version: FreeBSD
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: Other
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: steve@riverwatcher.com
When using a form that accepts data, Apache seems to strip the percent sign (%) out of text fields. This only happens if the enctype="multipart/form-data" attribute is specified in the form tag. Current workaround is making such forms into two steps - but that's not a real happy solution ;-) To unsubscribe, e-mail: bugs-unsubscribe@httpd.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: bugs-help@httpd.apache.org Received on Tue Jul 30 16:50:39 2002 This archive was generated by hypermail 2.1.8 : Wed Aug 23 2006 - 16:43:45 EDT |
