  Commented the httpd-win.conf file appropriately for the forthcoming 2.0.44   release. Yea - might be nice to fix this on the fly, but I'm not leaving   a report open about the issue.

  When we revisit creating the windows config from httpd-std.conf.in, then   it will be reexamined.
