apachectl does not work under Tru64 Unix

UMIMIT_MAX_FILES="ulimit -S -n `ulimit -H -n`"

I did not get any errors when running configure. I have attached the configuration log from when I created this. I will make some time to rerun configure with better logging to see if I can get better info.
