New Postgres95 authentication module

Hello all,

I have released a new version of the Apache module for Postgres95 user authentication. This version (0.4) includes a few new capabilities as well as documentation (yay!). It also includes a convenient perl script to maintain passwords which was written by David H. Bennett (dave@bensoft.com).

The new module is available at:

I have also placed it in the httpd/incoming directory on hyperreal for your convenience.
