SCARY.... proxy without BUFF.

I now have the proxy compiling without BUFF, and compiling cleanly. In fact, not only that, but we are sending data to the back-end server without BUFF. After another hour or so of debugging, we should be reading data from the back-end server as well. :-)

Since it just compiled for the first time, I thought I would report it here.

Disclaimer: the ftp proxy still uses BUFF. I am only working on HTTP. Chuck is working with FTP. :-)
