Euh. Simple. There was a stray symlink in /home/cvs/httpd-proxy.

When the anoncvs issue came up, I went and created the link. Well, Jeff had beat me to it, so my link ended up getting created *in* httpd-proxy rather than in /home/cvspublic. Tada. Symlink loop.

I just rm'd it, so the proxy repository should be fine.
