Adding proxy_ftp.c back into the build environment

Hi all,

BUFF is gone completely!!! And so is the cache!!!

The only problem is I cannot seem to convince the build system to include the shiny new proxy_ftp.c in the build process.

I have kludged up a build command line based on the other build command lines, and have managed to get proxy_ftp.c to compile without any warnings. I cannot test it properly though until it gets built into mod_proxy like everything else.

Could someone explain what I need to do?
