Hi all,

I would like to start getting the framework together for mod_cache, initially supporting all the caching bits that we ripped out of mod_proxy. Once I have something that compiles, I need somewhere to put it - would the http-proxy/module-2.0 CVS directory do for now, or should we come up with a new CVS framework for it?
