manipulating content and headers

Hi,
I wonder if it is possible to have apache running in proxymode
(ProxyRequests On and ProxyVia On) and after getting the results
from the server (the request is forwarded to) and before sending the data to the client, to manipulating the whole response
(headers and content) like converting wbml to html.

Any ideas?
