My appologies; I should have provided this with the announcement to testers@ and dev@, to avoid confusion;

   http://httpd.apache.org/dev/dist/CHANGES_2.0.55

includes the summary of the APR libraries as well as HTTP Server, since 2.0.54 (apr 0.9.6).
