Bill, I downloaded the 3 win32 installers last week and tried them on my Windows XP sp2 desktop at work. Seemed to work fine, but I did not submit them to any particularly exotic testing. The only problem I could find was that the manual/misc directory was empty, so references to (e.g.) the FAQ were broken. This meant that the FAQ shortcut installed by the installer did not work, which is a high-visibility bug. Had the same problem with all three packaged versions of 1.3.34 so I guess the misc directory was just missed somehow? Is there a testing procedure that anyone uses?
