lex, bison, and sed are used to generate the ssl_expr_eval.c/.h and _parse.c/.h files. Touch the existing ones after unpacking and they won't be rebuilt, so those tools wouldn't be needed. This is only if you are building mod_ssl.

Otherwise, simply awk will do it. We are working to eliminate all of these dependencies for most builders by the next series of releases in may.
