And you'll notice I did send a copy to the list also. You should really check your facts before making assumptions. Does Hotspot make Whole selling of your network as simple as PPPoE? This is big since it's forced by the CRTC and FCC in all of North America at the Telco level.

See what I mean about the "reply-to" setup in the list... You sent this

reply only to me and I think that you meant this for the list.

So, you can have all the features of radius for the "hotspot" technology

and no problem with the pppoe client and configuration. I know, we made it
for our "hotspot" feature on our router.

DHCP is allot simpler than PPPoE setup and I think it is default for Microsoft installs. I know ppp has a world of its own with many features. But the reality is that most are not needed and the few that are
can be done with "hotspot" technology.
