Our ServPoET: http://www.finepoint.com can authenticate:

• username
• password
• MAC address

This pretty mush eliminates the theft of service because your subscriber would have to have his broadband device registered with you. The MAC address gets entered into the RADIUS database as an attribute. If the subscriber ever changes devices, they simply need to inform you of the new MAC address (old one is deleted).
