Actually, Friendlys software was originally developed by Redback but they
never finished it (thus the Redback partnership).
WinPoET (http:///www.finepoint.com) which has a 100% "skin based GUI" means
it is fully customizable. It is also used by over 50% of the DSL providers
worldwide including Verizon, Earthlink, AOL, and Telefonica.
