You need to rebuild ClamAV after installing the GMP library, and it should detect that and include them in the new binaries. However, if you built ClamAV from ports as well, it should have included math/ libgmp4 already:

% pkg_info -r clamav-0.91.2
Information for clamav-0.91.2:

Depends on:
Dependency: libgmp-4.2.2
Dependency: lha-1.14i_6
Dependency: arj-3.10.22
Dependency: arc-5.21o_1

Something like "portupgrade -fR clamav-0.91.2" might work out....
