Bug#395823: Still a problem, and commands listed in this report no longer work

16995:error:0E078072:configuration file routines:DEF_LOAD:no such file:conf_def.c:197: The only ssleay.cnf file I find is /usr/share/ssl-cert/ssleay.cnf Anyone got a working command that will allow me to get ssl working again?
