Bug#445263: apache2: graceful stop not working

Hi,

I got the same problem on my debian machines. "graceful stop" won´t stop the running processes, but the init script removes the pid file.
normal stop works fine.

Versions of packages apache2 depends on: ii apache2-mpm-prefork 2.2.6-1 Traditional model for Apache HTTPD

apache2 recommends no packages.
