Bug#459236: 'apache2ctl graceful' restarts apache, even when syntax is bad in apache config

From: Stefan Mielke <nospam4stefan(at)tan3.de>
Date: Fri Jan 04 2008 - 15:28:44 EST

Package: apache2
Version: 2.2.3-4+etch3
Severity: important

if I have a wrong syntax in for example a vhost config, 'apache2ctl graceful' warns about the bad syntax (Syntax error on line ..) but then tries to restart apache2 causing a shutdown.
