Bug#461917: Apache 2.2 TLS-SNI support

Hi,

I expect SNI to be included in one of the next 2.2.x releases. I am undecided whether we should include it before upstream does.

In any case, it would require TLSEXT support to be compiled into openssl. This is not currently the case in the Debian package. I have filed a wishlist bug against openssl: #462596.
