Bug#465865: ssl-cert: Please warn that it will take ages to run

Installing on unstable ssl-cert takes more than 10 minutes in the setup phase due to reading a moderate amount of data from /dev/random.

I am not sure that it needs to do this (the package only got installed because of dependencies - I have no plans to use SSL on the machine in question). Also if it is going to do this it should at least warn the user that the operation may take some time.
