Bug#465860: ssl-cert : version 1.0.15 hanging when upgrade

Also hangs for me. strace -f shows openssl continually reading from /dev/random. Related bug #465279.

Was able to work around by installing testing (1.0.14):

aptitude install ssl-cert/testing
