Bug#465604: apache2 does not start on IPv4-only system

I tried it with the standard kernel and IPv6 disabled, but I could not reproduce your problem. > The following are the error messages: What is in the error log in this case? Does "snoopy" appear anywhere in your apache config or is it your hostname? What is its entry in /etc/hosts? There is nothing else listening on port 80, is there?
