Bug#450831: apache2-mpm-prefork: apache does not start with: No space left on device: mod_rewrite: could not create rewrite_log_lock error

this usually happens when apache2 has been killed with SIGKILL, and there is nothing it can do about it. I will add a note to README.Debian.
