Hi,

debootstrap is an arch:all package, so /usr/lib/debootstrap/ should rather be /usr/share/debootstrap/.

A long time ago, debootstrap contained a tiny C program, so the /usr/lib/debootstrap/ location was understandable. However, as this program disappeared, /usr/share/debootstrap/ should be used instead.
