Making more noise[1] as this RFC thread.

- start announcing "will be deprecated", aspecial in the preseed example
- add it to the TODO list
- schedule an announce on wiki.d.o/d-i/Today

As you said, it is cosmetic. And it is good to clean up. (all clean-ups are cosmetic ;-)
