• synclink_cs went away somewhere between 2.6.18-4 and 2.6.21-2, so make it optional.
• Add serial_cs to serial-modules.
• The 2.6.21-2-powerpc flavour doesn't have mii. Make it optional.
• cpqarray went away somewhere between 2.6.18-4 and 2.6.21-2, so make it optional.
• The 2.6.21-2-powerpc64 flavour doesn't have tmscsim. Make it optional.
• Build against linux-2.6 2.6.21-6 (ABI 2.6.21-2).
