Attached is the /var/log/syslog from the installation. I'm not good at reading these log files :-) From what I remember, at the start of the installation I was asked to select a mirror (as expected), but I can't remember whether I was asked to select a country and timezone after the base installation. I'll redo the installation to confirm.
