Bug#449055: cdebconf-newt-udeb: display corruption with multiselect over progress bar

If I am in a shell on VT2 at the time the dialog is displayed, this bug corrupts the display of the shell!
If I then switch back to D-I in VT1, the dialog itself looks OK.
