Bug#453614: Please rebuild localechooser to list Liechtenstein in the short country list for German

The new de_LI locale (contributed by Giacomo and corrected by Josef)was added in locales 2.7-3. So, we will now just need to rebuild localechooser so that Liechtenstein appears in the short country list after choosing German as language.

This bug report as a reminder to avoid forgetting..:-)
