D-I update for Etch 4.0r3 point release

As some may already have guessed, I'm working with Dann Frazier and other SRMs for a D-I update for Etch 4.0r3 point release, planned end of Feb.

Main reason is to correct the current kernel inconsistency and to actually use the udebs uploaded for the previous point release. Additional reason is to allow Otavio to concentrate on the Lenny Beta.

As Dann has just uploaded a new kernel with ABI update, I'll upload new kernel (module) udebs, but no other udeb updates are planned. If anybody knows of any issues that they think should be fixed in stable, then please let me know ASAP.
