Bug#440220: win32-loader integration

Attached patch adds support for integrating the new win32-loader utility that is present in latest debian-cd_info.tar.gz.

It should work on both single-arch and multi-arch images, although I've been unable to test it in a real build since I don't have a debian mirror handy (the sed commands have been tested against the target files, though).
