Hi there,

Using debian-testing-alpha-hppa-ia64-netinst.jigdo with jigdo-lite results in the following:

the file that is present is
debian-testing-amd64-i386-powerpc-netinst-1.template. The decompressed .jigdo contains

NETINST here in capitals rather than lowercase.
