The "master" page <http://www.debian.org/CD/netinst/index.fr.html> is up to date. It seems that the debian.fr mirror is out of date. Looks like it is not a simple mirror of the HTML data, as it uses some "redirect.php" link for the download links. Who runs debian.fr?
