Right, but this mean, the Debian Project need a dozen Full-Time 24/7
Moderators... Which is definitivly not realistic.

117 Lists curently.
Mostly I overfly the lists (Subjectlines)...
In general I have one E-Mail for "Debian" one for "PHP" one for
"PostgreSQL", "Linux "general", X-Window (fvwm, xorg), Mail (exim,
courier, fetchmail, procmail), devel (djgpp, pthreads, allegro, gtk)
and some private like {linux,dos,sparc}4michelle@... or private
michelle.konzack@...
procmail is sorting all mails in may Courier-Maildir like

Currently I have nearly 11.000 Folders including archives like

from the last 8 years and over 70 Mailinglists.
My Mailcount is currently 7623916 ~ 56 GByte uncompressed and to test
my NEW PostgreSQL based IMAP-Server + Client I have imported the whole
bunch of messages into ONE TABLE... and using only virtual mailfolders
:-)
Now with tsearch2 you have an unlimited number of search possibilities.
