For HP and Debian, look here :
I have recently build a Proliant DL360G5 with Etch without problems. Now, DL320 servers are not SCSI/SAS and will probably cause more problems. As you can see in the compatibility matrix : http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/cache/433096-0-0-0-121.html
DL320G5 are supported with Etch.
