[OT] chairs

I bet this is really, really off topic, but I bet it is more off-topic on debian-users, as they spend less time sitting :->

Our tiny ISP running debian, has some money to get the office ergometric. One priority is to get good chairs. We spend a lot of time sitting.

Does anyone have a chair that costs less than $300 that they like ?

Does anyone have a good algorithm beyond:

	 "goto the store and have everyone pick out the
	  chair they want"
or:
	"steal some like the ones Joel likes:"
