Flash 9.0.31 as distributed in Etch is insecure

Hi,
according to Bart Martens, Flash 9.0.31 as distributed in Etch (4.0r1) should generally not be used, because it has (at least) a grave security issue (see #433685).
People using 9.0.31 should consider uninstalling it.
