LTP Kernel DUMP Test Cases for Community Distro(s)

Hi Everybody,

We added KDUMP testcases in LTP last year and have seen it maturing with contributions from community. LTP KDUMP was also ported to several other architectures from i386.
We want to move forward in another logical direction to make it available to Community Linux Distro(s) as well. Mohd. Omar from Linux technology Centre, IBM, has already started looking at this. I would request you to let me know how the existing LTP-KDUMP test cases can be modified/ported to suite testing on community Distro(s).
