The package's name is gcc-4.1-doc

$apt-file search $(man -w gcc)
gcc-4.1-doc: usr/share/man/man1/gcc-4.1.1.gz

$apt-file search $(man -w g++)
gcc-4.1-doc: usr/share/man/man1/gcc-4.1.1.gz

You need to have non-free in your /etc/apt/sources.list to install the gcc-4.1-doc package.
