OT: Good binary diff?

I'd like to know what binary diff program you've been using in a production environment. I've been searching the WEB and I've found a few popular alternatives:
The second one seems to need a lot of memory. About 850 MB for 50MB files (old and new). I think I might have to run some experiments, since the files I will make tests with don't change much.
