linux-ipsec: IPSec in linux-2.1.xxx

I noticed, going through all the archive, a lot of mention of porting IPSec to the 2.1.xxx kernel.

I was curious to the status of that project, and to volunteer as a tester. I would test the 2.0.xxx stuff, but running 2.0.xxx on a SMP box is a wee bit of a waste.
