linux-ipsec: More fun with Pluto

So I had this crash on west, installed the latest software, added ew
(east/west) to the sysconfig/ipsec file and rebooted. Nothing happend
(pluto started up but did not get the ew link going). So I ran "ipsec
auto ew up" on west, twice, no joy.
So I went over to east and did the "ipsec auto ew up" and things stated working. Maybe a state problem with the Pluto on east, since it had given up on west maybe 30 mintues ago?
